Our factory utilizes the latest embroidery machines manufactured by the renowned Japanese brand, Tajima. These state-of-the-art machines provide exquisite and consistent results, ensuring that every patch produced is of the highest quality. Prior to shipping, each patch is meticulously inspected by hand to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Clean Laser Cut Borders and Rounded Corners

The borders of all our iron-on patches are embroidered and then laser-cut, resulting in a clean and seamless finish. This attention to detail ensures a professional and polished look for our customers.

Plastic Backing with Iron-on Glue is Standard

All of our embroidered patches feature a plastic backing with a high-quality iron-on glue applied over the surface. This is not just a simple plastic backing, but a carefully engineered combination of materials that provides a secure and long-lasting adhesive solution. We use premium Japanese brand iron-on glue, which, although more expensive, is well worth the investment for professional applications utilizing heat presses.

Barcode on the Back of each Patch

To assist our vendors in easily tracking their stock, each of our patches is equipped with a model number and barcode on the reverse side.

Ivamis Trading Patches are meticulously embroidered to be sewn or ironed onto a variety of garments, including jackets, vests, hats, pants, shirts, caps, scarves, bags, and chaps.

The Patch measures 2.5x1.5 inches, is embroidered, and can be sewn onto leather vests and jackets or ironed onto denim jeans, shirts, caps, and hats using a heat press set to 280 Fahrenheit for 30 seconds. The patch features a durable plastic backing, ensuring a secure and long-lasting application.
